CASEY JONES SUNDAY NIGHT
Hosted by Dave "Casey Jones" Schwartz
The folk music that you hear on this program will not be the latest hot commercial releases. What you will hear is a mix of vintage recordings, train songs, ballads, stories & folk music.

It's a time portal of music and sounds from the hills, valleys of America. I'm the engineer for what's been called an acoustic nightmare. The format is free-form, off the cuff & the politics are strictly subliminal.

Here's a list of up and coming programs. The show starts at 10 PM EST and airs on WPKN (89.5 FM) / WPKM (88.7FM) and worldwide on the Internet. Questions or comments about the programs can be addressed to .

MacDermotRoe's History counts program airs tonight. The title for tonight's program is; Smedly Butler, Maverick Marine. He served in practically every campaign from the Spanish American War, both in Cuba and the Philippines, to the U.S. expedition in China in the late 1920's. Starting as a 16-year-old recruit he became the 2nd highest-ranking general in the Corps and was awarded two Congressional Medals of Honor along the way.
